摘要
文章介绍了美国《通用住宅设计》、日本《应对长寿社会的住宅设计指南》和中国《老年人居住建筑设计标准》;通过比较,试图提出适合我国"在宅养老"模式的住宅设计指引,以期能为我国"在宅养老"住宅体系的建构提供依据。
This paper introduces Universal Design in Housing of America, Housing Design Guidelines in the Society of Longevity of Japanese and Code for Design of Residential Building for the Aged of China. It attempts to put forward suited residential building guidelines to the mode of ＂old-age care at home＂ through the comparison of the three from different country, hoping to provide a basis for our ＂old-age care at home＂ residential construction of the system.
