应重视卒中一级预防策略 被引量：3

摘要 我国卒中发病率和死亡率呈持续上升趋势,已经成为国民死亡的首要原因和导致残疾最严重的疾病.欧、美国家心脑血管病死亡率在20世纪30～40年代快速上升,至70年代达到顶峰.通过积极采取控烟、降胆固醇计划等预防策略后,90年代开始呈现明显的下降趋势[1].在过去的20年,英国的主要卒中事件下降了40％[2].我国脑血管病的发病率和死亡率明显高于心血管疾病,预防形势也更加严峻.在卒中临床事件中,约3/4为首发卒中,故一级预防是降低卒中发病率和死亡率的重要策略.遵循卒中一级预防指南,汲取国际成功经验,制定适合我国国情的一级预防策略,对于卒中预防具有非常重要的意义.
