摘要
目的研制非平衡等离子体微型消毒器模型并观察其杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法和电镜观察法,对非平衡等离子体微型消毒器模型杀菌效果进行实验室观察。主要部件涉及变压器、陶瓷电极和分散器等;根据物品表面消毒的实际需要,以细菌繁殖体为试验菌,用载体法进行杀菌试验,根据活菌计数和电镜观察法初步鉴定消毒器模型消毒效果。结果微型消毒器模型发射的等离子体为紫蓝色气体状物质。经该微型消毒器产生的平均温度约40℃等离子体处理20s后,对纸片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭率均达到100%。作用后标本经透射电镜观察到细菌形态变异,菌体结构受到明显破坏。结论非平衡等离子体微型消毒器可产生温度低、具有良好杀菌作用的等离子体,达到设计目标。
Objective To study a miniature sterilizer model based on non - equilibrium plasma and its germicidal effect. Methods Quantitative carrier germicidal test and electron microscope was adopted to observe the germicidal ecacy of the miniature sterilizer model based on non -equilibrium plasma which mainly includes transformer, ceramic electrode and dis- perser, etc. ; based on the actual needs of surface disinfection, carrier method is used to observe the disinfection effect by bacteria counts and electron microscope. Results Plasma generated by miniature sterilizer model is purple blue gas. The killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans are all 100% after exposed to the plasma gas a- bout 40℃ for 20 s. And the bacteria morphology and structural all changed. Conclusion The miniature sterilizer model generates plasma of low temperature, has good germicidal effect and reaches our design purpose.
