摘要
目的探讨专利特制气囊避孕套法治疗早泄的临床疗效.方法将病人随机分为两组,气囊避孕套组和氯丙咪嗪组,以射精潜伏期及夫妻双方满意度为疗效观察指标.结果两组治疗后射精潜伏期均比治疗前有延长,差异具统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗后两组间满意度比较,差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论特制气囊避孕套疗法治疗早泄显示了较好的治疗效果,值得在临床实践中进一步探索.
Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of special balloon condom therapy in treatment of premature ejaculation. Methods One hundred and eight patients were randomly divided into two groups such as Special Balloon Condom group and Clomipramine group, the latency of ejaculation and satisfaction of sexual intercourse for both spouses were recorded. Results After treatment,there were significant differences in latency of ejaculation and the satisfaction of sexual intercourse bwtween two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Special balloon condom showed good efficacy in the treatment of premature ejaculation.
