摘要
目的探讨阶段性护理干预对前列腺穿刺活检术(TRUPB)患者并发症的影响。方法将100例需要前列腺穿刺活检患者分成传统护理模式组(对照组)和实施阶段性护理干预组(观察组),每组50例。比较两组患者对前列腺癌相关知识的掌握、TRUPB并发症的发生、护理效果满意度。结果两组患者在疾病相关知识的掌握、并发症的发生、护理满意度方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用合适的护理程序,实施有效的阶段性护理干预,提高了患者的自我管理意识,减少了患者并发症的发生,避免了康复的延迟,提高了患者的满意度。
Objective Study on the effect of stage nursing intervention on the complications in patients with trans-rectal ultrasound guided prostate biopsy （TRUPB）. Methods Put 100 cases of prostate biopsy patients into two groups, 50 cases in each group. Control group adopts the traditional nursing mode and the observation group is carried out by stage nursing intervention methods. Compared two groups in terms of patientsr knowledge about the disease, the incidence of complications and patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care. Results The data from two groups of patients with disease in terms of the knowledge mastery, complications incidence and nursing care satisfaction, takes on statistically significant differences （P 0.05）. Conclusion If we adopt the proper nursing procedure and implement the effective stage nursing intervention, we will improve patient compliance and their self-management ability, reduce patient complica- tions and avoid rehabilitation delay and increase the satisfaction of patients.
