摘要
上海市明珠线二期工程在规划设计的前期工作阶段作了很大努力 ,使工程造价得到了有效的控制。本文旨在对此进行回顾和总结 。
Much work has been done about the 2nd phase of Pearl Line in the prophase of planning and designing, which controls the project cost efficiently. In this paper the work is reviewed and summarized to further demonstrating the significance of planning and designing on the controlling of project cost in mass transit contraction.
