摘要 将负顾客和反馈机制结合,研究了M/M/c工作休假排队系统,其中在休假期间,服务员并未完全停止工作,而是以相对于正常工作时较低的服务率为顾客服务,工作休假策略为空竭多重工作休假.负顾客一对一抵消正在接受服务的正顾客(若有),若系统中无正顾客时,到达的负顾客自动消失,负顾客不接受服务.完成服务的正顾客以一定概率反馈到队尾寻求再次服务.并利用拟生灭过程和矩阵几何解方法得到了系统队长的稳态分布,给出稳态下系统的一些性能指标和数值算例. An M/M/c working vacation queuing system with feedback and negative customers was investigated. During the vacation period, the service rate wasn' t zero. The working vacation policy was exhaustive service and multiple working vacations. Positive customers were removed by negative customers only one by one at the head of the queue ( if present). When a negative customer arrived and the system was empty, the arrival disappeared. Negative customers didn' t accept service. After the service was completed, a positive customer may feedback with certain probability. Using quasi-birth-and-death (QBD) process and matrix-geometric solution, the steady-state distribution of the captain was obtained, and certain reliable indices and numerical examples were given.
