摘要
乡镇企业在二次创业中 ,应以盘活资产为手段 ,通过资产流动重组 ,搞活存量资产和增量资本的经营 ;以转换机制为重点 ,使企业真正成为市场主体 ;以拓展市场为中心 ,调整产业结构、产品结构、企业结构和布局结构 ,形成聚集效应和规模经济效益 ;以冲破传统式、家族式的管理模式为突破口 ,让优秀人才进到管理岗位 ,实行规范管理 ,确保人才和管理来一个飞跃 ,保证企业健康发展。
The village and township enterprise must carry out the “second establi shment',during which we should;1.make the management of store assets and rising assets alive through recontructing ciculating assets and use enlivening the assets as an artifice;2.take transforming mechanism as an emphasis and make the enterprise really become the main body of the market;3.take enlarging the market as a center and adjust the structure of production product,enterprise and disevibution,forming the collecting effect and the dimensions economic effect;4.take breaking through the traditional homely management as a key measure,let eccellent talents go to the nianageial position and carry out the standard management to assure the talents and the management making leaps and to ensure the enterprises developing
