摘要
介绍了加压过滤试验的研究条件和装置。通过试验 ,获取了不同工艺条件下的过滤曲线 ,并求得了滤饼比阻和工作介质阻力。同时 ,试验分析了过滤压力、悬浮液质量分数、粒度分布及温度等因素对过滤性能的影响。
The research conditions and devices for pressure filtration test are introduced.Trough the test,some filtration curves under the different technological conditions are obtained;and the resistance of filter cakes and filter medium are calculated.At the same time,factors such as filtration pressure,density of the liquid,particle distribution and temperatures which affect filtration properties are analysed.
