摘要
本文为研究气冷涡轮叶片设计特点,搭建一个可以对采用气膜冷却的气冷涡轮叶片进行全三维多学科优化平台。优化平台中采用11参数法对叶片进行造型,针对该造型方法和优化设计的要求对优化变量的选取和优化策略以及优化目标的设定进行了一定的探讨,优化算法采用多目标算法NSGA-Ⅱ。采用该平台对某高压涡轮第一级静叶进行了优化,最终优化结果形成Pareto前沿解集,其气动效率和冷却效果均有所改善。
In order to study the characteristics of air-cooled turbine blade design,a platform which can be used to optimize blades with film cooling had been established.In this system. 11-parameter method is used for modeling of the blade.A series of studies on selection of optimization variables and optimization strategy and the setting of the optimization goal base on the modeling method and optimization requirements has been carried out.NSGA-Ⅱis used as optimization algorithm.We get the Pareto set by using this platform to optimize an aviation turbine stator
