摘要 介绍了一种基于差动变压器原理的新型位置传感器:它采用多差动变压器组合的方式,可用于六位移测量.文中还提出了由此传感器和MCS-51单片机组成的液位测量仪的软、硬件设计.此计量仪适于密度不均匀液体液位的实时测量,并能实现动态显示和报警等功能.由于此新型传感器的使用,使得该测量仪具有简便、易实现和造价低廉等特点. A new type of position sensor, which is based on the principle of differential transformer, is discussed in detail: its working principle and structure. This sensor combines groups of differential transformer and can be used in measuring larger placement. Designs of the hardware & software of the measurer are also discussed in detail. The measurer has such advantages as:dynamic measurement, real-time display and automatic alarming. Because this new type sensor was introduced into this measurer, the measurer has simpler structure,can be made easily and is relatively cheaper.
