摘要
本文选取我国具有代表性的36个中心城市的13项经济指标作为研究对象。首先,运用因子分析法对我国中心城市建设水平进行分析,并把13项经济指标概括为两个因子,依据因子分析的结果对我国36个城市的建设水平做出综合评价;其次,运用聚类分析法对我国36个中心城市进行分类并验证;最后,对比因子分析和聚类分析的结果,评价各中心城市的建设水平,并探讨中心城市建设水平具有差异性的原因。
The article selects thirteen typical economic indicators of 36 center cities in China as the research objects.It firstly analysis the center Urban Construction Level through the method of Factor Analysis and summarize the thirteen typical economic indicators into factors.Then it makes comprehensive appraisal on Urban Construction Level of the 36 cities in China according to the result of Factor Analysis.Secondly,classify the 36 center cities and make a verification according to the method of Cluster Analysis.Finally,analysis and compare the results of factor analysis and cluster,draw an evaluation of the center cities’construction level,at the same time,investigates the reasons why there be differences between them.
