摘要
本文从理论上分析了国际资本与发展中国家的经济增长二者之间的辩证关系 ,回答了发展中国家利用外资发展经济的成功战略的动因和路径。本文认为 ,一个国家要想成功地利用外资加速本国经济发展 ,必须符合以下四个条件 :(一 )任何国家发展的最终推动力是国内资源 ,而不是国外资源 (外资 ) ;(二 )引进的外资要保证被利用后能实际上提高本国国内的产业生产能力 ;(三 )利用外资促使本国的经济结构得到优化 ,实现产业升级和出口产品竞争力提高 ;(四 )利用外资促进国内经济结构调整 ,实现国内资源长期有效配置。
This paper is a theoretical analysis of dialectical relationship between international capital and economic growth of developing countries. The aim of this paper is to provide the motive of and the way by which developing countries devise successfully strategies of taking advantage of foreign investment for the purpose of their own economic growth. According to this paper, if one country intends to achieve this goal or even to is accelerate the process, it should conform to the following four prerequisites.(1)It is domestic resources that any such countries should rely on as the ultimate motive force for development, not resources abroad(foreign investment). (2)Meke sure that the foreign investment capital received by one country should be made to be put into effetive use to promote social industrial productivity. (3)The purpose of using foreign investment is to optimize the social ecconomic structure,realize the industrial escalation and increse the competition of exports. (4)The use of foreign investment should be helpful to the reorganization of domestic economic structure and the realization of the long term effective distribution of domestic resources.
