摘要
目的追求具有创伤更小的腹腔镜胆囊切除手术方式。方法回顾分析为132例利用常规腹腔镜器械行两孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的患者的临床资料。结果 120例顺利完成两孔法LC,6例改为三孔法完成,6例改为四孔法完成,无中转开腹及手术并发症发生。结论两孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全可行,更具有微创的特点。
Objective To investigate new, more mini--invasive operative method of laparoscopic choleeystectomy（LC）. Methods The clinical data of 132cases underwent two--port LC were retrospectively analyzed. Results 120 eases were successfully accomplished, 6 cases and 6 cases were converted into three---port LC and four--port LC respectively. No conversion tolaparotomy or operative complication was found. Conclusions Two--port LC is a safe, effective and more mini--invasive method.
