摘要
目的观察通过正确使用鹰视准分子激光系统,采用不同手术方式,治疗近视屈光不正效果的重要性。方法利用鹰视准分子治疗系统联合NIDEK MK-2000基质层自动平推板层刀及Moria one Use-plus前弹力层下自动平推板层刀,对近视球镜屈光度-0.50^-14.00D和柱镜屈光度0^-6.00D近视眼行1K、EK、SBK手术。结果术前屈光度<-6.00D>-6.00D,术后裸眼视力达0.8以上分别为99.5%及98.5%,达到1.0以上分别为98.5%和96.5%。结论熟练正确操作鹰视准分子激光系统,对不同手术方式的近视治疗,提高患者视觉质量效果显著。
Objective TO overview exactly apply ALLEGRETTO （wave light） laser system, use different operation methods for the treatment of myopia and astigmatism. Methods ALLEGRETTO （wave light） laser system, NIDEK MK-2000 and Moria one Use-plus were performed in 3948 eyes of 1976 patients with myopia and astigmatism. The preoperative sphere and cylinder were -0.50--14.00D and 0--6.00D. Results within preoperative sphere 〈-6.00D, the postoperative uncorrected visual acuity （UCVA）〉0.8 is 99.5%, UCVA〉1.0 is 98.5%. within preoperative sphere〉-6.00D, UCVA〉0.8 is 98.5%, UCVA〉1.0 is 96.5%. Canelutions It＇s efficacy and safety exactly operate ALLEGRETTO （wave light） laser system be used for different operation methods for the treatment of myopia and astigmatism.
