摘要 本文应用组织学及组织化学方法研究了卫氏并殖吸虫的卵形成。结果表明,成熟卵细胞含有丰富的核酸、蛋白质及少量多糖物质。成熟卵黄细胞的胞泌颗粒球含有碱性和芳香族氨基酸蛋白质、酚及酚酶,它们是卵壳的前体。卵黄颗粒球的这些物质在卵模腔中受梅氏腺细胞分泌物作用后,酚被酚酶氧化而形成醌,再与邻近的蛋白质结合形成稳定的交联,并使之鞣化成为醌鞣蛋白或称壳硬蛋白。对本吸虫卵壳的壳体及壳盖形成过程作了详细的阐述。 The morphology and histochemistry of the oogenotop of Paragonimus westermani as they pertain to egg shell formation are described. A tubiform ootype was found in the central region of oogenotop. Associated with the ootype was Mehlis' gland, which consisted of a group of one type unicellular gland cells with 13.9×22.0μm in size, lying in the parenchyma. The ducts of the gland cells opened over a wide area, emptying into the lumen of the ootype and the secretions of the gland cells could be seen. According to the tests for histochemistry, it was found that the cytoplasm and their secretions were positive with the RNA and PAS reaction. The ovary is divided into six club-like lobes with a relatively large central mass, ova emerged from the oviduct met with sperms at this region and fertilization took place. The positive reaction for nuclic acids, aromatic amino-acids, phosphatase and some glycogen was found in the maturing ova. The mature vitelline cell was a large conspicious cell with 23.7×29.5μm in size, characterized by the granules concentrated mainly at the periphery of the cell. Basic proteins, phenolic substances and phenolase were richly distributed in these granules, which were shell-formative substances. It is, therefore, suggested that the egg shell material in this fluke was quinone tanned protein. It was indicated that one ovum and 8 to 10 vitelline cells were sent regularly into the oogenotop——an ootype and its adjacent Mehlis' gland. The vitellogranules which were shell-formative substances were released in the ootype and then fused together; under the ac- tion of secretions from Mehils' gland, a homogenous egg shell was formed, Thus in P. westermani, eggs possessed an fertilized ovum and about 10 vitelline cells as well as a quinone-tanned protein shell enveloping them.
