南方根结线虫和爪哇根结线虫的发育 被引量:19

摘要 为了比较根结线虫的发育,纯种的南方根结线虫(Meloidyne incognita)和爪哇根结线虫(M.javanica)用接种一解剖等方法进行研究.结果其新鲜卵块中的卵多集中在第2~6天的时间段内孵出,滞育率均低于1.0%,分别有6.8%和10.6%在孵化过程中死亡.28℃ 时其胚胎发育时间分别为8.5~9. 5 d(9. 2 d)和 9. 0~10.0 d(9. 6 d).初侵入很内的根结线虫幼虫有重新侵入的能力.完成寄生阶段发育前者在平均 17. 2℃下经 44 d(756. 4 D℃)而后者在平均 19. 1℃ 下需 45 d(858. 8 D ℃ ).根结线虫在不同的寄主上发育程度有较大差异.爪哇根结线虫中有大量雌雄间体出现,间体在形态上有较大变异,其性别分化是在一个较长阶段内完成,由于分化阶段不同,引起间体的发生并决定间体的不同形态. In order to compare the development of the root-knot nematodes, purebred Meloidogyne incognita and M. javanica were studied by the method of inoculating and dissecting et al. The single egg-masses hatching done within Meloidogyne incoulating and M. javanica demonstrated that most juveniles hatched concentrated during 2nd day-8th day. Latent eggs are no more than 1. 0 %, dead eggs from M.incognita and M. javanica are 6.8% and 10.6%, respectively. The embryonic development under 28℃, M. incognita and M. javanica requires 8.5-9.5 (9.2) days and 9.0-10.0(9.6) days,espectively. The juveniles inside fresh roots are possibly capable of an other invasion. When average temperature is 17.2℃, M.incognita's postinfection development was complete first at 44th day (756. 7 D℃), whereas M. javanica finished its postinfection development within 45 days (858. 8 D ℃) at 19. 1℃. Many intersexs were found in M. javanica males. The morphology of intersexs are variable. The sex of M.javanica is decided within a fairy long time. Mature eggs of M. incognita are smaller than unmatures. In the uteri, eggs change its color and structure.
