摘要
近年来，人工吊养牡蛎时有发病，从中采样进行电镜观察，发现一种直径为 １５０～１８０ｎｍ，有包膜，存在于细胞质中的球状病毒样颗粒，以及另一种大小为 ５０～８６ × ２１０～２８０ ｎｍ，有包膜，存在于细胞质中的弹状病毒样颗粒．该形态大小的球状病毒颗粒在长毛对虾和珠带拟蟹宋螺中也可见．
Diseased farmed saccostreas brought freguently about in Xiamen sea area recently. By bservation of the diseased samples by EM,two kinds of enveloped virus-like particles in the cytoplasm were detected. One of them is a kind of bullet-shaped virus-like particles with 50--86 nm in diameter and 210-280 nm in length, the other is a type of spheroid virus-like particles of about 150-180 nm diameter. The same kind of spheroid virus-like particles was also detected in P. Penicillatus and in Trithidea sigulata.
