摘要
在钢铁生产过程中,烧结工序能耗差不多占整个企业能耗的10%,是仅次于炼铁的第二大耗能工序,而烧结工序中有50%左右的热能被烧结主抽烟气和冷却机废气带走,其中烧结机主抽烟道烟气余热占烧结工序能耗的13%~23%左右。这部分余热利用潜力是很大的,理论和工程实践证明,完全可以在保证烧结正常生产的前提下,根据废气温度级别,利用梯级取热的方法将热量重新分配,提高废气余热品位和利用价值,是企业创造经济效益,实施节能减排策略,发展循环经济的重要方式。
