摘要
采用真空加压高温合成工艺制备了高颗粒含量的TiCp/2024复合材料.通过数据采集器记录了不同铝含量时自蔓延反应的时间-温度曲线;通过XRD分析了TiCp/2024复合材料的相组成;用SEM和TEM观察了TiCp/2024复合材料的显微组织、微观结构和断口形貌。结果表明:真空加压工艺可以获得颗粒细小圆整、分布均匀、致密的高颗粒含量TiCp/2024复合材料。
TiCp/2024 Composite containing numerous grains is produced by means of the combination of increasing pressure under vacuum and high-temperature. The time-temperature curve of self-propagaing under various aluminum contents is recorded with data collectors. The phase composition of TiCp/2024 Composite is analyzed with XRD. The microstructure and segment shape of TiCp/2024 Composite are observed with SEM and TEM. The result indicates that using the technology of increasing pressure under vacuum can obtain TiCp/2024 Composite with containing numeroous grains. The Composite is fine, round, even distributed, and compact.
