摘要
采用热导法测定煤中氮元素的含量,分析和识别不确定度的来源,建立了测量过程不确定度分量的数学模型,量化了各分量的相对不确定度,最终合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。合成不确定度主要来源为煤标准物质标准值的不确定度。当煤中氮元素的含量为0.52%时,扩展不确定度为0.05%(k=2)。
The content of nitrogen in coal was determined by thermal conductivity method. A mathematical model of measurement components was established after the sources of uncertainty were systematically analyzed. Base on the evaluation results of the components of the uncertainty, the synthetical standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were carried out. The uncertainty of certified reference material was main factor. The expanded uncertainty was 0.05%(k=-2) as the content of nitrogen in coal was 0.52%.
