摘要
高职教学改革成败的关键在于教师。针对不同层次学习主体进行不同学科的教学,教师所应具有和发展的素养应有所不同。本文根据高职院校学生的英语学习特点,从教学素养、专业素养和科研素养等方面探讨了高职院校英语教师所应具备的基本素养。
The crucial point of success and failure in higher vocational teaching reform is teachers. Because teachers teach different subjects according to different levels＇ students, they should equip and develop different qualities. The article discusses the basic qualities that higher vocational English teachers should have from the aspects of teaching qualities, professional qualities and scientific research qualities according to the features of English learning of higher vocational students.
