摘要
利用科里奥利质量流量计的工作特点,与录井工艺相结合,构成了早期井涌探测(EKD)系统,能进行海洋钻井尤其是深水钻井的溢流监测和井控预防。介绍了EKD系统的安装与调试,溢流报警设置。应用实例表明,EKD系统发现井涌、井漏的时间为25s,而通过泥浆池变化发现井涌则需要至少135s,证明科里奥利质量流量计在EKD系统中的应用是成功的。
Combined with the work features of Coriolis mass flowmeter and the mud logging technology,an early kick detection(EKD) system was established,it could be used for overflow monitoring,kick off detection and well control and prevention in offshore drillings,especially in deep water drillings.the installation and set up of EKD system and overflow alarm were introduced.Application examples show that for EKD system,kick off and well leakage are detected in 25s,while as it is detected through a mud pit changes,it requires at least 135s,it is proven that the application of Coriolis mass flowmeter in EKD system is successful.
