风电主机架自动焊接焊缝检测系统设计

Design of Seam Topography Measurement System in Automatic Welding for Main Structure of Wind Power Generator

摘要 在风电主机架自动焊接过程中,对焊弧焦点位置和姿态都有严格要求,焊弧焦点中心必须准确地沿着拼缝中心轨迹运动,焊弧焦点距拼缝表面要保持合适的离焦量.依据焊接工艺要求,利用远心镜头、高速CCD相机和多个线光源激光器,设计了风电主机架自动焊接焊缝测量系统,给出了一种图像灰度积分的焊缝测量算法,并进行了验证实验.结果表明:该测量系统可以准确地检测出焊缝极限边界及有效宽度,同时,该检测算法具有较强的自校验能力,能满足实际要求. The focus center and position of arc are critical in automatic welding of main structure of wind-power generator.It is required an accurate travel of arc along the center of seam.At the mean time,the distance between arc and seam is also a critical parameter which needs to be controlled.A seam topography measurement system using electric lens,CCD camera and diode laser are designed to measure seam topography of welding main structure of wind-power generator.A detection algorithm is developed to detect seam topography based on grey projection integral approach.An experimental investigation indicates that the seam topography measurement system could accurately measure the seam topography,seam width and detect seam boarder.The detection algorithm has been demonstrated with high self-verification ability.
