三氧化二砷对兔心乳头肌某些生理特性的影响

摘要 As_2O_3对兔心乳头肌具有强烈的负性肌力作用,能提高其兴奋性,延长功能不应期,浓度依赖性地抑制窦房结-右心房自律性。结果提示:As_2O_3可能通过影响Ca^(++)、K^+而使心肌功能受损。 The physiological effects of arsenic on the papillary muscles of the rabbit heart were studied. Result howed that arsenic could decrease the contractile amplitude of the right ventricale significantly (n= 10, P<0.01). When tested at 10μM, it could increase myocardial excitability and prolong the functional refractory period from 246±6ms to 286±9ms. And it was concentration-dependent in suppressing the automaticities of the sinoatial node. It is indicated that the effects of arsenic might be explained by a nonspecific inhibition of the currents of Ca++ and K+, and its clinical damages of the myocardium might be related to the above mentioned effects.
