硒、锰对大鼠全血及组织中硒、锰水平以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 本文以干酪素及蔗糖作主要成分构成合成饲料,观察饲料中不同水平的硒、锰含量对大鼠体内硒、锰水平及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的影响。实验结果表明,低硒组的全血、心肌、肝脏、肾及毛中的硒含量均显著低于常硒组。全血、心肌及肝脏的GSH-Px活性也明显受饲料硒含量的影响。值得注意的是喂富锰饲料的大鼠其全血、肝脏及心肌锰含量与常锰组相当,因此,饲料锰含量对大鼠组织硒含量及GSH-Px活性也无明显的影响。提示锰对大鼠体内硒含量及GSH-Px活性的影响是复杂的,它可能受到饲料组成及饲料中蛋白质含量的明显影响。 This study was designed to investigate the effects of low dietary Se and rich dietary Mn intake on Se, Mn concentrations and GSH-Px activity in the blood and tissues of rats. Male rats were fed on purified Se deficient diets or on the same diet with 0.25 ppm Se and 1000 ppm Mn supplement for 13 weeks. Results showed that Se contents in blood, kidney,liver, heart and hair in the low dietary Se group were significantly lower than that of normal dietary Se group. The dietary Se at the concentrations investigated had significant effects on GSH-Px activity. But no difference was found in Mn contents between the normal and rich dietary Mn groups in blood, liver and heart of rats, indicating that dietary Mn contents had no significant effect on Se contents and GSH-Px activity of rats. It is suggested that the effect of Mn on Se metabolism of rats may be affected by the compositions of diets and the protein contents in them.
