摘要
微观结构分析仪器是材料学中先进科学技术的代表,在科研工作和实际生产中起着重要的作用。本文以厦门大学材料学院为例,介绍了扫描电镜、透射电镜和电子探针等微观结构分析仪器在本科生金属材料实验中的应用与探索。
Micro-structure analyzer is a representative of advanced science in materialogy and plays an important role in scientific research work and actual production. Taking College of Materials, Xiamen University as an example, the paper introduces the application and exploration of micro-structure analyzers which includes scanning electron microscopes, transmission electron microscopes and electron probes in metal materials laboratories of undergraduates.
