主动脉窦内起源特发性室性期前收缩消融靶点的单极电图特点

摘要 室性期前收缩是临床上一种常见的心律失常,射频导管消融(下称消融)在治疗室性期前收缩上取得了较明显的效果。流出道起源室性期前收缩多为流出道异位兴奋激动所致,消融术中主要通过腔内电位激动标测、单极电图标测和起搏标测等手段来定位异位起源点。本文总结我院近年来诊断为主动脉窦内起源特发性室性期前收缩患者的术中电生理图,旨在分析消融靶点单极电图的特点。
