摘要
在电瓶充电器外壳注射过程中,最常见的缺陷是气泡、融接痕、欠注、翘曲、变形等。利用Pro/E软件的模具检测模块和模流分析模块,对塑件进行工艺性仿真检测,并模拟塑料在模腔中的填充情况,可以找出造成缺陷的原因,从排气槽、模具温度、注射压力及速度、注射时间和冷却方法等方面考虑改进工艺及注射参数,便于在设计阶段正确确定塑件几何形状及模具结构。
Bubble, weld line, short shot, warping, distortion are the most common defects in injection process of battery charger shell. Manufacturability simulation test on the plastic parts and plastic filling state of cavity simulation based on mould check module and mould flow analysis module in Pro/E can help find the reason of the defects. In this way, process and injection parameters' improvement can be considered from vents, mould temperature, injection pressure and speed, injection time and cooling method, by which plastic geometry and mould structure can be correctly determined during the design stage.
