摘要
采用爆炸喷涂方法制备了WC-12Co纳米涂层和普通涂层,用扫描电镜、X射线衍射对涂层组织结构进行了表征,并测定了硬度和结合强度。结果表明纳米涂层比普通粗晶涂层组织更致密,硬度略高,塑性较好,耐磨性较差。提高C2H2/O2气体流量的比例,可以有效地抑制涂层中WC相的分解。
WC-Co nano coating and common coating were prepared by detonation spraying.Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer were used to characterize the microstructure;hardness and adhesion strength were measured.The results show that nano coating has more advantages than common coating in densification,hardness and plasticity,but less abrasive resistance;To increase value ratio of C2H2/O2can efficiently control decomposition of WC phase.
