摘要
"3.11"大地震使日本处于二战以来最困难的时期,灾难的叠加效应使日本经济复苏步伐受到严重影响。目前日本经济面临着多方面的问题,其中最应关注的是财政危机空前恶化、贸易逆差屡破纪录、日元汇率迅速攀升、通货紧缩长期困扰等,这些问题的存在与恶化,对日本经济回升造成严重阻碍。加上欧债危机进一步深化、日本政局不稳等带来的消极影响,未来日本经济复苏的前景不容乐观。在此背景下,中日经贸关系的发展就显得尤为重要。
The massive quake on March 11,2011 is the worst disaster for Japan after World War II,and the superimposed effects of the disaster have greatly slackened its economic recovery. At present Japanese e- conomy is faced with many problems,among which the deterioration of financial crisis,unprecedentedly peak- ing trade deficit,the skyrocketing Japanese yen exchange rate,the long-term plague of deflation draw most concerns. The existence and deterioration of these problems seriously hinder the economic recovery. Accom- panied by the negative impacts of the deepening debt crisis in Europe as well as Japanese political instabil- ity,Japan is undergoing a dilemma in its economic recovery with a dim prospect. In this context,it is partic- ularly important to tighten the Sino-Japanese economic and trade ties.
