肝切除术中间歇阻断与不阻断第一肝门入肝血流的选择 被引量:11

摘要 时至今日,肝切除术中控制出血仍被认为是手术成功的关键所在。肝切除术中出血量、并发症发生率与术后手术相关死亡率密切相关。肝血流阻断技术的产生与应用推动了近几十年肝脏外科的快速发展,使得目前肝脏外科几无禁区,手术并发症发生率和术后手术相关死亡率明显下降,甚至接近零死亡率。常见的阻断技术有第一肝门入肝血流阻断法(Pringle法)、全肝血流阻断(THVE)和选择性肝血流阻断(SHVE)等。
