摘要 模块化多电平变流器(MMC)在子模块数较少的情况下,其输出电压谐波成分较大,因此通过优化调制方式来改善输出电压的谐波成分具有重要意义。首先回顾了基于电容电压排序的直接调制法和基于载波相移的调制法的原理,重点对两种调制方式下的输出特性以及桥臂电压进行了比较,最后通过单相MMC平台对两种调制方式进行了实验研究。 When modular multilevel converter (MMC) is designed with smaU number of sub-modules, the AC output voltage includes great harmonic components. So it is of great significance to improve the output voltage THD by improving the modulation method. Two modulation methods to compose 2n+1 levels based on the sdection mechanism of the direct modulation method and the modulation method based on the carrier phase shift in MMC system was introduced, the output characteristics of the two types of modulation method was compared and verified by experiment on a one phase prototype of 10 sub-modules prototype.
