摘要
2009年增设的法律硕士(法学)类型,是我国法学教育的重要创新。它符合我国法学教育改革的方向,有利于我国法学教育体系的完善。当前该项制度存在培养方案设计与培养目标出现偏差、培养单位培养观念和培养措施不到位、外部政策不配套等问题,需要加以改进。文中针对上述存在的三方面问题,提出了改进的建议和措施。
The addition of Master of Law type in 2009 is an important innovation of law education in our country. It is in line with the direction of law education reform and is beneficial for the perfection of law education system in China. At present, the system has many problems that need to be improved, such as the deviation of training schemes＇ design and training targets, the insufficiency of educational institutions＇ training concepts and training measures and the incompatibility of external policies. The paper puts forward the suggestions and improvement measures according to the problems.
