摘要
巴林特小组最初是一种训练全科医生理解医患关系的方法。将这一方法应用到高校,重点针对师生关系进行讨论。通过巴林特小组,推动对学生问题和师生关系的理解与思考,帮助教师识别和处理复杂的情绪反应,解决工作困境,提供新的工作视角和反思空间,同时帮助教师释放负性情绪,缓解压力,预防职业耗竭。
Balint Groups are a method for training general practitioners to understand the doctor-patient relationship at first. The paper mainly discusses the application of the method in colleges and the relationship between teachers and students. Through Balint Groups, we can promote the understanding and thinking on students＇ problems and the relationship between teachers and students and help teachers recognize and deal with complicated emotional responses, solve the difficulties in working and also provide new working perspectives and reflective space. Meanwhile, the method can help teachers release negative emotions, relieve the pressure and prevent the fatigue of the occupation.
