摘要
采用人工接种的方法 ,对三个抗感不同品种的小麦赤霉病发病率与病情指数之间关系进行了田间小区试验 ,经对试验结果的拟合 ,得出了 3个品种小麦赤霉病发病率与病情指数间的关系符合 y=ax· ebx模型 ,其中抗病品种新克旱 9号为 y=0 .3451 x· e0 .0 0 690 x,较抗品种信阳 861为 y=0 .41 78x· e0 .0 0 679x,高感品种陕农 7859为 y=0 .52 90 x· e0 .0 0 60 8x。试验结果可使小麦赤霉病的流行预测得出的病穗率与病害损失估计所要求的病情指数间得以衔接 。
Based on the results of field experiments with three cultivars, equations of the relation between incidence and disease severity of wheat scab were derived and the relation could fit in with the curve y=a·x·e bx (y-disease index, x-incidence), with resistant variety XINKEHAN-9:y= 0.3451 x·e 0.0069x ;with medium resistant variety XINYANG-861:y=0.4178x·e 0.00679x and with high susceptible variety SHANNONG-7859:y=0.5290x·e 0.00608x . From the results mentioned above, the disease index could be get from the incidence and the yield loss caused by wheat scab could be calculated more correctly based on the disease index.
