摘要
钱塘江流域是浙皖两省农、林、牧、副、渔全面发展的重要地域。主要灾害有洪涝、干旱、潮灾 ,其中水土流失造成地力下降 ,产量减低 ,水库失效。建设全流域林业生态工程是控制和消除危害的治本措施。本文就林业生态工程建设规划的指导思想和原则、总体布局。
Qiantang River valley is the important area in Zhejiang and Anhui, where agriculture,forestry,stock-raising,sideline and fishery are completely developed Flood drought and tide are the main calamities in this area Soil erosion caused decrease of soil fertility and yield ,and the reservoir lose efficiency Construction of forestry ecological project in the whole river valley is a measure for the permanent controlling and removing the calamities Some opinions about guiding idea, whole layout and practical countermeasures of construction plan of forestry ecological project are proposed
