低温NH_3-SCR催化剂脱硝工业侧线实验 被引量:3

Industrial side-stream test of low temperature NH_3-SCR catalyst for De-NOx

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了低温NH3-SCR催化剂,并在某硝酸车间进行了超过1 000 h的低温SCR脱硝工业侧线实验,结果表明,在压力0.2 MPa、烟气入口温度230℃和空速5 000 h-1条件下,脱硝率大于95%,出口NOx浓度低于100×10-6,催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性。采用BET、SEM和XRD等对催化剂进行表征,结果表明,催化剂实验前后物性和晶相结构没有显著差别。 An industrial side-stream test with a low temperature NH3-SCR catalyst prepared by impregnation method was carried out at a nitric acid plant for 1 '000 h. The results showed that the catalyst possessed high activity and stability, NOx conversion was more than 95 % and NOx concentration of the outlet was less than 100 ×10^-6 under the operation condition as follows:pressure 0.2 MPa, flue gas inlet temperature 230 ℃, space velocity 5 000 h^-1. The structure of the fresh and used catalyst was characterized by N2 adsorption, SEM and XRD. The results indicated that there was no obvious change of the physical properties of the catalyst before and after the experiment.
