自发性硬脊膜外血肿24例

摘要 目的探讨自发性硬脊膜外血肿的病因、临床特征、治疗及影响预后的因素。方法对24例自发性硬脊膜外血肿行手术治疗,并对病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果出院后随访3个月至5年,8例患者术后完全恢复,12例患者术后下肢肌力明显恢复,4例因血肿压迫时间较长,未及时手术而致术后双下肢瘫痪及大小便失禁仍未恢复。结论自发性硬脊膜外血肿的早期诊断主要依据临床特征和MRI提示的病变部位和范围。一旦确诊,尽早手术解除脊髓压迫是病情恢复的关键。
