脑电频谱边界频率与意识障碍程度的相关性 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察脑电图的95%频谱边界频率(SEF)与意识障碍程度的相关性。方法收集30例意识障碍患者(观察组),分为嗜睡、昏睡、浅昏迷、中昏迷、深昏迷5个意识状态,按格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)进行评分,同时行常规脑电图、95%SEF、中段频率(MF)、频谱总功率(TP)检查。以25例同年龄健康成年受试者(对照组)作为对照,对意识障碍程度与GCS、95%SEF及GCS评分与SEF 95%进行相关性分析。结果 Spearman相关分析显示,GCS评分与意识障碍程度呈显著负相关(P<0.001);TP、95%SEF与意识障碍程度呈显著负相关(P<0.001,P<0.001),与GCS评分呈正相关(P=0.004,P<0.001);MF与意识水平呈负相关(P<0.005),与GCS评分没有明显相关性(P=0.109)。GCS评分与95%SEF直线回归分析显示,直线回归方程为GCS=3.804+0.558×95%SEF(t=7.295,P<0.001,R2=0.748)。结论 95%SEF可作为评价患者意识障碍程度的神经电生理指标。
