摘要
目的:观察针刺对早期代谢综合征患者的疗效影响。方法:选择早期MS患者(中心性肥胖伴高血脂及糖调节受损的MS患者)60例,分为治疗组30例,给予针刺干预结合药物;对照组30例,仅给予药物治疗,治疗3个疗程后观察两组血脂、血糖及体重指数的变化和不良反应。结果:治疗组及对照组治疗前后及血脂比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-L)除外;治疗组和对照组治疗后体重、腰围、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、TC、TG比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺干预早期代谢综合征患者,可有效减轻体重,减少腰围,降低血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗,对延缓或阻止病情进一步发展有重要意义。
Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of the early metabolic syndrome （MS） with acupuncture. Methods ：Sixty patients （central obesity with hyperlipidemia and impaired glucose regulation） in early MS were randomly allocated into two groups ： one （ thirty patients） was treated with acupuncture plus medication （ treatment group） and the other （thirty patients） was given only medication （control group）. After 3 courses of treatment, the changes of blood lipid, plasma glucose, and body mass index as well as adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results ： There was a significant difference between two groups and blood lipid except high density lipoprotein （ HDL - L） between pre and post treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. The body weight, waist circumference, fasting plasma glucose （FBG） , 2h - postprandial plasma glucose （2hPG） , total cholesterol （TC） and triglyceride （TG） were obviously different between two groups after treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Acupuncture for the early metabolic syndrome can reduce weight effectively, reduce waist circumference, reduce blood lipid, improve insulin resistance, and it is important to delay or prevent the further development of the disease.
