摘要
通过组建检测系统分别测试热电堆和热释电传感器,分别在10,30,50℃下对其进行试验,试验结果:平均值相对误差分别为-10.50%~11.50%和-28.00%~34.50%,相对标准偏差分别为0.13%~6.89%和0.04%~5.21%。由热电堆传感器组建的系统的精度低于热释电传感器,但温度漂移较小。综合考虑传感器本身的特性和石油现场较大的温度变化,指出热电堆传感器比热释电传感器适合于石油录井CO2检测。
Two detecting systems based on thermopile and pyroelectric sensors are set up and tested at 10,30,50 ℃ separately.Experimental result is that relative errors of average value are-10.50 % - 11.50 % and 28.00 % - 34.50 % and the relative standard deviations are 0.13 % - 6.89 % and 0.04 % - 5.21 % respectively.The experiment of the thermopile sensor system is poorer than pyroelectric sensor,but temperature drift is small.Through considering the characteristics of sensors and large temperature variations at mud-logging site,it is proposed that the thermopile sensor is more suitable for CO2 detection than the pyroelectric sensor.
