摘要
为研究饲粮中添加不同水平的红芪水提物对肉仔鸡抗氧化性能和免疫功能的影响,试验选用300只1日龄AA肉公雏,采用单因子完全随机设计,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)及其中添加5 mg/kg黄霉素,0.2%、0.4%和0.8%红芪水提物。试验期6周。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加0.8%红芪水提物可显著提高肉仔鸡21日龄肾脏和42日龄心脏超氧化物歧化酶活性(P≤0.042),各添加组血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均显著提高(P=0.001),0.8%添加组肉仔鸡21日龄血浆、肾脏,42日龄血浆、心脏、肝脏、肾脏丙二醛含量均显著降低(P≤0.006),同时T-淋巴细胞酸性α萘酯酶染色阳性率(ANAE+)(P≤0.018)及42日龄胸腺指数(P=0.005)显著提高。由此可见,红芪水提物有助于维持肉仔鸡机体氧化和抗氧化平衡状态,能提高肉仔鸡细胞免疫功能,且以0.8%添加组效果最好。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of aqueous extract of Radix Hedysari on antioxidant status and immunological status of broilers.A completely randomized design was used.Three hundred 1-day-old male Ar- bor Acres broilers were randomly allocated to 5 treatments with 6 replicates of 10 each.The five treatments were fed basal diet(control group) and basal diet with addition of 5 mg/kg flavomycin or 0.2% ,0.4% and 0.8% aqueous extract of Radix Hedysari, respectively.The experiment lasted 42 d.The results showed that:compared with control group, 0.8% aqueous ex- tract of Radix Hedysari supplementation could improve the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in kidney at 21 d and heart at 42 d (P ≤0.042),glutathione peroxidase (GSI-I-Px)in plasma of all adding groups significantly increased (P= 0.001 ).The MDA content of in plasma,kidney at 21 d and in plasma,heart,liver,kidney at 42 d of 0.8% adding group significantly decreased(P ≤ 0.006).The α-naphthyl acetate esterase positive (ANAE+)percentage (P ≤ 0.018)and thymus weight at 42 d significantly increased (P=0.005).The results suggested that aqueous extract of Radix Hedysari supplementa- tion to the diet could improve the balance of oxidant-antioxidant status and the cell-mediated immunity of broilers.
