摘要
本文总结了7例颈动脉内膜剥脱术患者的围手术期护理。发现术前做好心理护理、充分的评估与准备,术后密切观察病情,并且有针对性的实施护理,可避免或减少并发症的发生,提高手术效果。
The perioperative nursing of 7 patients with Carotid Endarterectomy were summarized.The preoperative nursing care focus on patient evaluation and psychological supports.After operation, careful observation of patient＇ s condition and effective nursing care of operative complications should was given, which is beneficial to avoid or relieve the complications and increase the effect of operation.
