摘要
目的:探讨尿毒症患者低转运性骨病的诊治方法。方法:将50例尿毒症患者随机分为两组,对照组患者采用西医治疗方案,给予高钙低磷的饮食,保证每日钙元素摄入量达到600~1200mg,磷的摄入量不超过600mg,且每日口服0.5μgOHD3、4.5g健骨钙;观察组患者在对照组患者治疗方法的基础上给予补骨汤进行辅助治疗,1剂/d,1个疗程为3个月,对两组尿毒症患者治疗前后血钙、血磷指标变化情况以及治疗前后患者出现腰痛、全身骨痛肌肉等临床症状的治疗改善情况进行观察。结果:观察组患者与对照组患者经过治疗后血钙、血磷、血PIH值、血BAP值指标均有改善,观察组患者治疗后的各项指标明显低于对照组患者的各项指标,经过治疗后腰痛等症状均有改善,治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组患者的总有效率。结论:尿毒症患者低转运性骨病在西医治疗方法的基础上给予补骨汤进行辅助治疗,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of uremic patients with low transport osteopathy.Method: 50 cases of uremia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group were treated with western medicine therapy, given the high calcium and low phosphorus diet, ensure daily calcium intake to 600 to 1200 mg, phosphorus intake does not exceed 600 rag, and daily oral administration of 0.5 p^g OHD3, 4.5 g and bone calcium; patients in the observation group in the control group based on the treatment of patients with method of Bugu Tang adjuvant therapy, daily 1 agent, 1 treatment for 3 months, before and after treatment in two groups of patients with uremia serum calcium, serum phosphorus index changes before and after treatment in patients with low back pain, bone pain of muscle the clinical symptoms of the treatment were observed.Result: The patients in the observation group and the control group of patients after treatment.Sernm calcium, phosphorus, blood PIH, blood BAP value indicators had improved, the indicators were observed in patients after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group with the index, low back pain and other symptoms were improved after treatment, after treatment, the total efficiency is significantly higher than that of the control group patients with total effective rate.Conclusion: Low transport osteopathy in uremic patients given Bugn Tang adjuvant therapy, based on western medicine treatment method of the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
