关节镜下空心钉固定治疗前交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的护理 被引量:9

摘要 随着交通意外及运动创伤的日益增多,胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折的发生率也日益增加,髁间嵴撕脱性骨折错位时,会使前交叉韧带功能丧失及外侧半月板前角损伤,复位不佳会引起膝关节撞击征。近年来,随着关节镜技术的发展,镜下微创治疗前交叉韧带(ACL)胫骨棘止点撕脱骨折已成为首选术式0]。关节镜下应用空心螺钉固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折创伤小、可直视下手术,复位和固定可靠,有利于膝关节功能的恢复。我科自2010年3月至2012年6月采用关节镜下应用空心钉固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折38例,经采用支具外固定、持续被动活动器(CPM机)、冰袋冷敷、被动主动活动等综合康复训练,效果满意,现将护理体会介绍如下。
