摘要
文章从语言学的角度分析少数民族英语学习的特殊性,探究少数民族"双语"基础上的第三语言习得特征、外语学习中的语言迁移、文化冲突等影响因素,综合运用语言学、民族学、教育学等多门学科理论探究少数民族英语学习上的障碍,从而探索出少数民族英语学习规律。在此基础上,提出新疆少数民族英语学习策略和英语教育理论体系,为社会语言学、民族教育学的有关理论提供支持和补充,对发展新疆民族高等教育、制定正确的民族语言政策、建设新疆和谐社会提供理论依据。
This thesis probed into the obstacles in English Learning of the ethnic minority students and searched for the proper learning rules for those students through analyzing the specificity of the ethnic minority students'English learning from the perspective of linguistics, exploring the characteristics of the third language acquisition involving their bilingual learning background, language transfer and culture conflicts, and combining the theories in linguistics, ethnology and pedagogy, etc. And on this basis, the paper proposed a theoretical system of English learning strategies and English education for the ethnic minority students in Xinjiang, which offers support and supplement for the related theories in sociolinguistics and ethnic pedagogy and provides theoretical basis for developing ethnic higher education, making proper ethnic language policy and constructing a harmonious society in Xinjiang.
