摘要
迁徙行为自古就有,由于受到各种条件限制,我国公民的迁徙自由一直未能得到充分实现,即便是2004年宪法修正案,也没有对公民迁徙自由进行宪法确认。文章对迁徙自由的内涵、历史以及价值基础进行梳理,以期为迁徙自由权在我国的真正实现提供理论支持。
the migratory behavior has existed for a long time, due to various constraints, our country citizen＇s freedom of migration has not been fully realized, even the 2004 amendment to the constitution, nor on the citizen＇s freedom of migration of constitutional recognition. This paper reviews the connotation, the freedom of migration history and value basis, with a view to the freedom of migration in our country to realize to provide theoretical support.
