摘要
The molecular karyotypes of strain NJ7 and NJS of Debaryomyces hansenii were obscened byusing pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) which employs contour-clamped homogeneous electric field (CHEF).Both strains were with & chromosomal DNAs. The eshmated chromosomal DNA sizes of strain NJ7 were 0.47Mb,0.89Mb, 1.05Mb, 1.36Mb, 2.20Mb, 2.20Mb, 2.80Mb, 3.05Mb, and srain NJS were 0.47Mb, 0.89Mb, 1.05Mb,1.36Mb, 2.05Mb, 2.20Mb, 2.80Mb, 3.05Mb, based on their migration relahve to the chromosomal DNAs ofSchizosacharomyces pombe and Saecharomyces cerevisiae, The genome sizes of strain NJ7 and NJ8 wereestimated to be 14. 02Mb and 13.87Mb respechvely. The results suggested that the molecular karyotype of stainNJ7 or NJ8 could be used as a new DNA size marker for molecular karyotype analysis of fungi.
