摘要
目的探讨奥硝唑用于口腔颌面部手术后感染的，临床预防效果，为其临床治疗提供可参考依据。方法共纳入60例我院行口腔颌面部Ⅱ类手术切口患者，采用随机数字法平均分为A、B两组，其中A组患者给予奥硝唑注射液治疗。B组患者给予甲硝唑注射液治疗，观察奥硝唑用于口腔颌面部手术后感染的临床预防效果。结果A组患者感染率明显低于B组患者感染率，分别为6．7％、20．0％，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两种不同药物对不同厌氧茵的有效清除率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论奥硝唑用于口腔颌面部手术后感染有较好的临床预防效果，不仅可以更有效的预防感染发生率，且与经典药物相比，细菌清除率无明显差异，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss ornidazole used in oral and maxillofacial surgery clinical infection prevention effect, for the clinical treatment provides reference basis. Methods 60 patients were included in our line II class oral and maxillofacial surgery patients with incision, the random number average method is divided into A, B two groups, including A group patients give ornidazole injection therapy, group B patients give metranidazole injection treatment, observation ornidazole used in oral and maxillofacial surgery clinical infection prevention effect. Results A group of patients with infection rate was significantly lower than the group B patients infection rate, 6.7% and 20.0% , respectively, compared the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Two kinds of different drugs for different anaerobic bacteria effective clearance rate difference was not statistically significant（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Oruidazole used in oral and maxillofacial surgery infection has good clinical preventive effect, not only can be more effective to prevent infection rate, and compared with the classical drug, bacterial clearance no significant difference, it is worth clinical application.
